We take pride in the fact that these values are very different from those of our competitors. If you do a little research (and we've done lots), most EPCs have very generic and very similar values. Many companies also mix business fundamentals (like being safe or making a profit) with their values, but are these really the beliefs of those organizations, or just what they think they need to say? We can proudly say that the values that we have discovered are our beliefs.

Being a successful company means having clearly defined values that we can refer to as we make all of our business decisions. It is important to align the choices we make as a company, with what we have agreed that we value as a company.

Our Vision

A vision is the guiding principle for an organization.

Our Mission

Unlike values and vision, which are the core of your business, and do not change with time, a mission states a company's purpose and aim in a certain time period.

Our mission is to be Canada's go-to project execution provider for the energy industry.

• We provide project execution. This includes engineering, procurement, construction management, and any other service required to get a project executed.
• We are in the energy industry. We're not just in oil and gas, but other areas like power plants and distribution.
• We are based in Canada and want to be recognized as such. This does not mean that we won't work elsewhere.
• We strive to be the "go-to". We strive to have energy companies and prospective employees to look at us this way.
